Jim Wolf has been promoted to Project Manager of Cullum Constructors, Inc.  He holds a degree in construction science and management from Clemson University. Wolf has been a member of the Cullum team serving as an Assistant Project Manager since 2001.  


 Dale J. Prosser, has been named Vice President of Cullum Constructors, Inc.  Prosser has been with Cullum since 1996 as a Group Manager


Shealee M. Harmon has been has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Cullum Mechanical Construction, Inc. Harmon is the Controller and serves as the Corporate Secretary for the subsidiaries, Cullum Constructors, Inc. and Cullum Services, Inc. Harmon has been with Cullum since 1997 and is a Certified Public Accountant.


F. Joseph Fisher, Engineering Manager, has been named Vice President of Cullum Constructors, Inc. Fisher has been with Cullum since 1986 and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. He was selected as the 2005 Engineer of the Year by the Charleston Engineers Joint Council. Fisher's expertise is in design of plumbing and air conditioning systems and management of the construction.


2005 Pace Awards



  Joe Fisher of Cullum Constructors Inc. of Charleston was named Engineer of the Year by the Charleston Engineers Joint Council for outstanding achievements in engineering throughout his 36 years in the profession. The award was presented to Joe on 2/23/05 at the Charleston Engineers Joint Council Banquet.


  Gary Lindner as the 2004 “Craftsman of the Year” pacelogo.gif (14584 bytes)Gary Lindner as the 2004 “Craftsman of the Year”. Gary Lindner is a plumbing foreman at Cullum Constructors Inc. with more than 20 years of experience in his craft. Lindner takes personal responsibility for his work and has played a major role in such projects as the Lonnie Hamilton Public Services Building, Comcast Cable offices, Colleton Medical Arts Center ­renovation and addition, the new Salvation Army Community Center, Bristol Condominiums and a new studio and offices for WCSC Channel 5. Lindner uses his experience in math and plumbing principles to accurately fabricate and install plumbing systems. He is a South Carolina licensed journeyman often overseeing code compliance, testing and inspection completion of a project’s plumbing system.
