A 74,000-square-foot addition to the Albert Simons Center for the Arts consisting of teaching studios, performance classrooms, “smart” classrooms, a choral and ensemble practice room, and a new art gallery, with a media room and special collections space. Work included heating and air conditioning piping and equipment, fabricated and spiral duct, steam vault piping, domestic waste, sanitary waste and vent, acid waste vent, natural gas and pumps.
