The 29,000-square-foot project consisted of renovating an old cafeteria to function as a health clinic, human resources office, and company store, and the addition of a new cafeteria. This project achieved LEED Gold and also received an AIA South Carolina Merit Award and an AIA COTE Award. The heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing work consisted of underground plumbing, plumbing fixtures, natural gas, kitchen exhaust, fan coil units, exhaust fans, air distribution, dampers, galvanized duct and seismic.
