New construction of a 6,000-seat basketball arena including concession facilities and renovation of the existing gym.  Work included domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, underground and above ground plumbing, storm drains, natural gas, hot and chilled water, boilers, condensers, condensate drains, duct, seismic, and air distribution.
